I stayed here with my friend in room 3. The hotel is on a corner location with excellent views of the sea. Our room had 2 bay windows and 1 small window. With the windows open you can hear the waves of the sea.  …

Lovely small hotel our room is ok but, love jacuzzi bath it was special for this room, next to the beach, beautiful views beach front. A bit noisy next door because of the dog. No coffee, decaf and milk after the first night we stayed but, it was fine. It's not a big deal for the price we paid for It is not bad at all.

My friend and I had a lovely couple of days. Steve and Jo, were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. The restaurant is not open at the moment due to flooding, but they let us have our takeaways in there - best fish and chips from around the corner! Thanks for a pleasant stay. I love it!

The staff gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful. Our top floor room and bathroom were bright, comfortable and clean. The location is in front of the beach with lovely views.  …

We were extremely disappointed with our stay in Room 6. The main issue was the bed, extremely uncomfortable and obviously very old. The duvet and bedding were very manky and old. The overall decor was at least 10 to 15 years. The silicon work in the bathroom was horrendous and obviously done by an amateur. The whole room felt grubby. It was certainly not worth £70. No breakfast.

Stayed last week, granddaughter and dog, on top floor up 3 lots of stairs with luggage and gear not much fun, room very grubby, carpet especially, door looked like it had a jemmy in it at some point to open it and chiseled the door frame. Granddaughter's bed consisted of a shiny surface settee cushion with a thin top sheet on top, main bedding abysmal, mattress topper under top sheet full of red stains at pillow end 🤢 dare not look at mattress, bathroom shower screen not sealing on bath edge and stopping water running onto floor, causing wooden trim around bath panel to rot, so had to position screen inside the bath. No food served, lack of brew materials due to non delivery. Saving grace £10 for dog, and cafe right next door Swn-y- mor opens at 10 am for good breakfast and top of the road Cafe Tir-r-mor opens at 8.30 again for a good breakfast. Stayed here years ago when the restaurant was fully functioning and rooms good, will not be returning, if somewhere else available I would have chucked the keys in the bin and left!!!!

To start by getting the biggest negatives out of the way, I would not call this a hotel.  …

We were greeted with a comfortable bed, great views, a luxurious bath and a sun trap of a deck. Parking is plentiful and close by, as is a good-quality cafe to look after you while the restaurant is restored. Above all, the hosts treat you like an old friend - couldn't ask for better!
