This is a lovely old building which has clearly seen better days and is now in need of a serious upgrade. All the decor and furnishings are tired, and you get the impression the owner has lost the will to make any changes.  …

Smelly, uncomfortable and dirty. ||As soon as I walked through the door it smelt. The springs on the bed made it very uncomfortable. The floor in the dining room was sticky. Absolutely awful. …

Great value for money. Clean and spacious room. I stayed in room 1 and woke to the sound of bird song. A perfect location as quiet but a short walk in to town. The owner Colin could not have been more helpful and welcoming and the breakfast delicious. My complements to the chef.

Awful . Grimy unkempt and smells grimy as soon as you walk in the door . I have only ever given one other guest house a bad review … this one is the worst i have ever stayed it . …

For the price paid this was good value for money. We found it handy having a fridge in the room, and the beds were so comfortable! The hairdryer was brilliant, which is rare for hotels/B&Bs. …

Room 7. Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Fridge facility In room and downstairs. Breakfast was good, set us up for the day. No on site parking but there is a large car park right opposite only £2 for 24 hour stay. Loads of spaces and can see car easily from the guest house, very convenient.

We stayed here for one night on a cycling tour holiday. We were greeted by Colin who was very friendly. We had been a bit concerned before our stay by the negative reviews we read, but thankfully it was much better than we feared. …

Arrived early after a 5 hour train, got there just before 3.0' clock, no problem with check-in Colin very pleasant & welcoming explained things, room very nice, had a very nice sleep which is unusual for me in a new place bed very comfortable, very clean nice shower then down to breakfast which again very nice some hotels here don't do breakfasts or you have to pay separate for, ate everything I always think it's s great start to the day, again asked Colin after breakfast could he ring a taxi for me so I could go to see my friend who lives in Haverfordwest, nothing was to much trouble, thoroughly enjoying my stay here plus this hotel is cheaper than other hotels in this area definitely recommend the college and guest hotel. Parking is the major problem, there is none on site. The owners do not have permits for their guest. the choices then are a nearby carpark or on the road where the residents restrictions do not apply.  …

Pleasant owner, accommodating of late arrival. Basic2/3 star room, reminded us of a hostel. Average breakfast nothing to write home about. Noticed floors in dining area were unclean. Dated guest house. Probably wouldn't stay again, wish them luck. Spotted guest homes closer to Skomer on the route over.
