Lovely location, lovely staff, lovely vibe and lovely clean rooms. I’ve only knocked one star off for the room as it doesn’t have a separate bathroom which isn’t to my liking (the sink is in the bedroom, and then there’s a cubicle for the shower and another cubicle for the toilet). We arrived after a tortuous 6 hour journey at 10pm last Friday with 2 children 8 and 10. We rang en route to ch ck room service times and were told by their call centre it was 24 hours, we hadn’t eaten since lunch time. However on arrival we discovered it finished at 9 and their restaurant closed at 9.30. Being rural Wales there weren’t many options locally and we were all shattered. Anyway, our request for help was passed up the chain of command to the manager. It turned out the night porter was also a chef, so they opened the kitchen especially for us to get us some pizzas delivered to our room with a friendly smile. All the staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, we were very impressed. We paid quite a lot extra for breakfast but we weren’t disappointed, the breakfast was amazing. They even have a waffle making machine. The only very slight criticism is it was a machine for coffee rather than proper filtered coffee in a pot which is a rare treat in a hotel. But the food was absolutely amazing.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel during October half term. The facilities were excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. However, a bit more attention to detail from service and housekeeping would have made the experience even better. Overall, a very pleasant visit!

We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were amazing - professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel is located in a peaceful and lovely area with great access to many trails, making it perfect for nature lovers or anyone who enjoys a good walk. The rooms were beautiful and cosy, offering the perfect mix of comfort and style. The on-site restaurant was also pretty decent, with a variety of dishes to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

Well located Hilton in north Wales. It was the perfect stopover for local adventures and they're dog friendly which is great!Free electric car charging on site is a huge positive, although one or two were down. I imagine in peak season it's going to be tough to get a charge. The reception staff were very knowledgeable about the local areas and interacted with all the guests massive kudos to them!Onsite bar and restaurant all very reasonable pricing giving location

First of all would like to thank Shane & Curtis at Reception for the absolutely incredible customer service with a smile! They helped to make the most special day for myself the best ever! They helped my partner Lee to give me the proposal of my dreams and they made our stay so special with the added extras/upgrades. They are a credit to your company. Our room was gorgeous and clean with the most amazing views. The rose petals in the shape of a heart on the bed was the cutest little touch! The Spa was just beautiful, the staff were so lovely and the treatment we had was sensational! Our evening meal was DELICIOUS! As was our breakfast in the morning. This hotel will hold a special place in my heart forever and we will be returning 100%.Thank you for everything! I would highly recommend.

We stayed here for a couple of days on the bank holiday Monday (26/8/24)Reception staff were friendly enough. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was nice. The next morning at breakfast a member of staff informed us our bill was still outstanding from the day before. (I'd paid by bank card at the time of our meal so I was a little confused) I'd explained I'd already paid and she told me she'd inform the staff from the shift before. I heard nothing more about it and never offered an explanation of what had occurred. That evening we decided we would try the restaurant again. We were informed that no tables were available (even though the restaurant was completely empty). So we had a drink at the bar for 30 minutes during which time we decided to order food to be taken from the restaurant to our room. By the time we had our food brought to us (almost an hour after trying to get a table) the restaurant was still empty so that was annoying. On the whole our stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean and the food was quite good.
