Dont go to this hotel. Very bad, the rooms were very dirty and smelly, there was dust everywhere. The bathroom was terrible, especially the carpets were full of insects. My biggest mistake was to read the comments and stay in this hotel. I stayed one night and when I woke up, there were insects crawling on my body in the bed. Then the rash and itching started. I reported the situation and the room was cleaned and they told me that your room was ready and announced it, but unfortunately the room was not cleaned. I took the remaining belongings from the room and threw everything in the trash because it was infested with insects. I was taken to the hospital emergency room the same day, unfortunately I was poisoned. The breakfast was terrible and the children made noise in the corridor at night. It was the biggest and worst time of my life. A lot of people stay in such hotels, they need to be inspected or closed. Please choose safe, clean places.

-1 stars if I could, this hotel is so horrible !!!!!!! Disgusting Disgusting !!!!! Found hair on the breakfast, also they gave us a very tiny room. The covers are dirty, there were insects, and we hadrashes and itchiness (I bet it’s the products they use to wash the clothes and bed sheets). They do not have any professionalism at all. They are so clueless that I was shocked , this stay was a nightmare since we had to stay for 4 months because we didn’t have a choice !!!!!!!!!!! The staff are so bad and ignore you when you need help (with a very few exceptions) . The manager was so bad at the beginning of our stay, he just welcomed us so badly when we were at a period of extreme distress.PLEASE, reconsider your services and behaviours, it is an absolutely ridiculous NONSENSE !

Ok so I was very dubious about staying here and only chose it because there weren't many choices for just a Friday night in Glasgow that weren't ridiculously expensive. …

Stayed a few years ago and it was very dated when we were here. Staff were friendly however the key card wouldn't work for our room which meant going back down 3 flights to reception to get it sorted, we understood that these things happen but seemed on the night in question that there were multiple others waiting to request help as their keys hadn't worked either. It was good value and the location is good but some dodgy characters often seemed to hang around outside on the street.

Vile hotel, blood stains on the carpets and holes in the walls. Staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. Rooms don’t get cleaned regularly at all and when they do eventually clean the room, staff use your toilet and are kind enough to leave their mess there. Do not waste your money on this utter mess of a ‘hotel’

You get what you pay for and sometimes paying more is worth it. Just back from a 3 night stay at this hotel. It is a budget hotel which seems to cater for longer term guests as well as short term. …
