Had a family meal here. Got steak pie and the meat was so tough I couldn't get my knife through it. I complained and was offered a replacement but didn't want one as my daughters steak pie was awful too. …

Stayed two nights in the executive room beautiful large room with balcony with lovely views..My husband went to have a shower to discover it was broken as was the toilet roll holder and no plug for the sink .I told the manager in the morning he said he would get it sorted.on returning for dinner things were the same ,so I spoke to a lovely girl who said she would message manager and then look to see if she could fix things ,she couldn't and the message from the manager was can they not use the overhead one well no actually as my husband is disabled this was not an option .On the second day tea tray was not replenished we had used the two breakfast t bags the first night and no biscuits left and the milk in the fridge was off .Bin not emptied or the one dirty towel we left in shower was just left .On checking out we were asked everything ok I said no it wasnt and told him all the above ,he just ignored us and the manager who I had originally complained to was sitting there also just blanked us .need to go for a course in customer service and manners .Needless to said we would not recommend or return they are working on the fantastic reviews the previos owners worked had for .
