A very nice hotel. The hotel was very clean and has good facilities including a Gym. The bedroom was well stocked and had plenty of room. The only issues we had was that the fridge did not appear to be working correctly. The shower was good and hot.Breakfasts were plentiful, and there was a wide choice of food catering for all tastes. The hotel is good in a central location not far from both the station and main shopping streets and a short walk from the Royal Concert Hall.Parking is in the next building . At the time of writing, the price for 1 night's parking was about £15.The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Wonderful stay with an incredible guest experience! Since I arrived, Ivana from the concierge services team, made sure that I was aware of all the amenities, recommended incredible places for my first visit in Glasgow and always checked on me when returning to the hotel - I felt like home and had an incredible taster to real Glasgow hospitality. Cannot wait to come back!PS: the rooms were comfortable, quiet and very large for European standards!

We had a wonderful, but unfortunately short stay at this hotel. Everything was fantastic and the staff were great. We were welcomed in by Katt at the front desk who was so friendly and attentive. …

We were greeted by Ivanka (my apologies if I spelled your name wrong), who was so friendly and welcoming. Hotel is as expected top-notched. Minutes from Central Station. Got a great deal with breakfast which was superb.  …

My room was good. Praise for the shower - non slip floor (I travel with a safety mat!) and it worked well. Being short, I tried to pull the hand held shower down the rail and the rather flimsy fitting came off the wall! It was fixed before I went up again after breakfast. Lighting is dim as mentioned here and my friend needed a bulb - they had run out. I was in a fairly large group and everyone said the shaving mirror wouldn’t light. Certain things on the not too extensive menu were out of stock - 2 nights running. The wardrobe had few hangers and was full of ironing board and an oil filled heater. I hope they find the board - I hid it behind the curtain. Staff are (mostly) lovely and young George in the bar is a treasure. Give him a big fat rise and you might keep him! Wouldn’t hesitate to go there again if I’m in Glasgow despite these silly little problems.

We stayed here for a few days celebrating my wife's birthday. The hotel is in a convenient location and our room was well equipped and comfortable. Katt and Ivana made our stay very special and are shining examples of how reception should be run. It makes such a difference to the guest experience. Many thanks and we hope to return next year.

Good location, decent sized room (for a city centre hotel). It might be an age thing, but the rooms were pretty dark. ||The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. ||Tasty breakfast with buffet&a la carte. The haggis was great. But, please, replace those links sausages with square sausage. Please!
