At first arrival and the level of security after 9:30 pm I was not expecting much....I had stayed in the OYO in Amsterdam which was very slick and stylish, but this stay ended up being good because of great service if not the standards of decor.I was originally placed in a room next to a boiler which was terribly noisy with a constant hum coming through the walls. On a statement of my concerns to the receptionist, I was given an effective upgrade immediately. Couldn't fault the response. In fact these were the most helpful staff I had come across.

An Unforgettable Stay with Outstanding Hospitality!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Our stay at OYO Flagship Brentwood Hotel in Aberdeen was truly remarkable, and it all began with the incredible hospitality we received from the receptionist. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and made to feel right at home. It’s no exaggeration to say that this was the best service we've ever experienced at a hotel. The receptionist was not only extremely helpful but also incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was providing us with local recommendations, assisting with our requests, or simply making sure our stay was comfortable, their genuine kindness left a lasting impression. They truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location, but it was the personalized care from the staff that made all the difference. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a memorable experience. We would highly recommend OYO Flagship Brentwood to anyone visiting Aberdeen, especially for the exceptional customer service!

Down at heel building. Not very inspiring. One flat pillow (single room) and hair in the bed! Floors creaked badly and room was cold on arrival. Rusty bathroom radiator and stained sink did nothing to improve matters Receptionist was great. Very helpful. Location close to railway station in a quiet area. Room not serviced during 2 night stay. It's cheap (ish) for a reason. How is this ever classified 3 stars?

Paid extra for a deluxe room with a larger bed (1.86 -2.2m) but room had a 1.37m bed.2 lights out in bathroom, should have been picked up by housekeeping?Reception Staff were polite but information from them was a bit vague.Room was very clean and comfortable.Lack of a lift in the Hotel and a ramp to front entrance, (which is a legal requirement as far as I am aware), and inadequate parking means this is a NO NO for mobility disabled guests.Bar and restaurant on site but no breakfasts available. When I told the staff, after being asked how my stay was, the wrong bed etc., I was told they were in the middle of refurbishing?? I was offered no re-imbursement for their error.Shame on Booking.com for not checking the Hotel more efficiently.Although the room was clean and tidy, the main stairwells were very dirty. The whole Hotel was very tired to say the least. It is a shame that this 'Hotel' which is supposed to be their 'Flagship' Hotel is let down by things which with a little investment in like a lift, a ramp and better staff training could be the makings of a good Hotel as it is well located in the city centre.

I have just had a one night stay. The whole experience was good especially as we had a reduced room rate. I couldn't recommend the front of house manager enough ( Geoffrey)He was so helpful and kept my luggage after I had checked out. This enabled a much more enjoyable half day of sightseeing.

Ideal location close to the main high street, yet very quiet and peaceful rooms were very clean and have been refurbished. It is a little dated but has been kept well. Service was fantastic from staff and let us store our luggage after checkout until our onward travel time was due. Overall good value for money so I recommend.

Just bk from this hotel with my daughter and had a fantastic 3 night stay. Only just taken over this hotel and had 20 rooms complete. Our room was clean and fresh, only in it to put our heads down. 15 min walk into town centre where you can catch a bus to here there and everywhere.Jeffrey and staff were so helpful, didn't get the mans man who welcomed us to hotel but he was a gem.Good luck with the rest of the hotel and hopefully get it completed soon.Thank you all so much, we'll definitely be backAnne and Leeanne

I personally had a great time, the rooms were tidied to detail and there was no noise , Mr Reuben and Mr Jeffery were helpful and were fun to chat with, I also need to mention it’s close to everywhere that matters in Aberdeen, it’s truly in city centre, I’ll recommend.
