Just returned from a one night stay and wish it had been longer. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by warm friendly staff. Our room was lovely, comfortable and clean. We had an evening meal and an excellent breakfast the next morning. All staff are super friendly and helpful. It's situated in a superb spot with parking spaces available. We will be back.

A great pub in the heart of the village. Great food, always a good atmosphere, but it can get busy. Easy ordering using the qr code on the table. Dog friendly.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel for couple nights. Our room was towards the back and away from the road so it was very quiet and with dark curtains it made it great conditions to sleep. We also had dinner one of the nights at their restaurant, food was delicious. All staff were polite and attentive, and they accommodated our request for a late dinner reservation. The hotel is beautiful inside and outside, especially with all the lights.

Had lunch after visiting Zip world which is local. I've been coming to this area and restaurant for over 10 years, as enjoy camping, mountain biking in the area, and the food is usually pretty good. The food on this occasion was terrible. Poorly cooked, small portions and certainly over priced for what we got. Come on Royal Oak, you can do much better.

My family and I stopped by to the hotels restaurant after a long day at GreenWood family park and visiting Aber Falls. We had a lovely dinner. We ordered kids burger meal and nugget meal, I had the Welsh Burger but we all took a bite from my wife’s plate which was the slow cooked lamb with pea & potato mash and roasted veg with jus and mint sauce. Delicious and wholesome. But the dessert was exceptional in our opinion. We had the olive pistachio cake with goats cheese & black olive ice cream. The description probably couldn’t feed the imagination of how lovely this dessert was.The service was top notch and ambience was lovely. We can’t wait to come back and we’ve considered staying at their hotel next visit.
