An excellent hostel. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff are helpful and attentive. Kitchen and common room is well equipped and clean. The beds are comfortable. Bathroom modern and very clean. Great phone app to access doors and dorm easily. Other places in South Wales could take some tips from here. I will definitely stay again.

Cwtsh Hostel is a home away from home with cool, professional staff, conveniently located near major transportation hubs, shopping centres, clubs, pubs, and train and bus stations, reasonably priced lodging, secure, quiet, clean rooms, and lovely views from the lounge area and rooms. Your pets are permitted to accompany you. All things considered, the services are excellent.Thanks to Sumit, Adrian, Hanisha and Christian for always making my stay a memorable one.

Great hostel with attentive and friendly staff. Good price on the rooms with decent amenities. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower otherwise great choice for a cheap stay in the city centre. It's right in the middle of everything.Other guests in the hostel were friendly also.

Checked in 28 to 30 stayed in the male 4beds, I must say it's worth more than the money, Kudos to the part time staff that's mostly stay the upper bed, and the manager, sorry I didn't remember there names, they are the super heroes.

Fantastic stay at this hostel. With work I have stayed in many hostels over the years, and now suffering with an injured knee, the staff (Christian, Sumit) have been fantastic ensuring that I'm allocated lower bunks.The view from the kitchen / communal area is great, a mix of modern castle square with the ruins of the medieval castle.Having the ability to be able to cook my own food in the kitchen is a bonus that I've not had in a lot of hostels I've stayed in before.The dorm rooms are spacious with two en suite shower/toilets.Beds are comfortable for both bunks and pods.Well worth a visit

Location super great! Bars are in walking distance but away enough from the facility so that cause no noise. Staff is very friendly. The shared bathroom is not very clean. But it is not the staff to blame. …

Very nice hostel with hospitable and considerate staff. Sumit and Krysien are very welcoming and offer boarders helpful advice and ways to navigate their way!! Adrian is also always happy to help and engages in his own lovely, unique way!! They are all hardworking and clean the hostel adequately. Hanisha is also so so lovely and warm. She is always ready with a smile and engages in discussion to make you feel at ease. I feel at home and welcome whenever I am here, truly.

Am a student and living here for more than 1 month what I most like about this place is the location of this Hostal and the view to the wind street clubs and Swansea Castle. The receptionists were very helpful every time especially, the bro named Sumit. Cleanliness is another positive thing about here. Rooms, kitchen, dorms and living room are always clean and the cheapest Hostal available in Swansea.

It's a great hostel: location is perfect, staff friendly, great conversation. There is a lingering bed bug problem, though. I was bit 7 or 8 times three nights into my stay, told by the front desk that it may be mosquitoes, and politely offered a room change. Just wish it had been looked into, found this guy on the last night of my stay in my new bed. Hoping I don't bring any home with me!

I stayed at Cwtsh hostel for two nights 2-4 August. The hostel is superbly located right in the centre of Swansea. The hostel is well organised, clean and has modern equipment. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. I would highly recommend Cwtsh.
