Staff were lovely, very attentive. |Room was clean & comfortable. |Bathroom could do with an upgrade but otherwise very nice. ||Only complaint is the pub food was not worth the price we paid. Chicken on the nachos was dry and the pizza had what felt like a whole block of cheese on it. ||Cocktails were great, service was quick.

We had the best day here for our wedding. The staff, venue, food and everyone else that the venue used for our wedding all made it the best day for us. Right down the the final little things. Incredible place. Can’t recommend enough. We will be back again soon to visit

Good location with plenty of parking and lovely grounds. Enjoyed walking the perimeter and meeting the local cows.Food was good, but restaurant did feel dated.Creaking around the hotel made it very hard to fall asleep before everyone else had gone to sleep. Next level creaking.I also had a mould hole in my bathroom ceiling.Shower didn’t have much pressure at all.Breakfast was your standard buffet. Sausages were really nice and coffee machines were quick and nice.Staff were all super friendly.

We booked a last minute stay on Saturday and I have to say that aside from the location, our experience was very poor for a four star hotel. ||Room - for the money, the room was in need of a refurb! Very tired and beyond basic. …

Really disappointed with this establishment. The rooms are not just tired but exhausted. We daren’t have a shower given the mould and cleanliness of the bathroom. Holes in wall and wallpaper coming away from wall. …

Extremely nice place in great location. Room was nice and comfortable, but a bit tired, as in veneers on furniture lifting creating sharp edges, marks on carpet, discoloured grouting in bathroom. Service was good and everything we needed was addressed. Perhaps a few more staff on serving in the dining room could help speed things up when busy. Overall though a nice stay.
