Regarding the food, not greatest for vegans. The presentation is flawless yes but taste wise not the greatest. They also seem to not understand dietary requirements. We were given gluten free bread but not gluten free. Breakfast also nothing at all on the menu. Please tell the chef to thoroughly wash the spinach, grit was present.The staff were nice to leave me chocolates in my room for my birthday. However, I mentioned I can not eat dairy and therefore asked to please change, the biscuit also, but nothing was done about it.Our dinner bill was charged to our room so we didn't even get a receipt from dinner. Somehow, 50 pounds was added, and we didn't even know why, our fault for not checking.Considering we paid over 500 pounds for 1 night, you would expect better.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are spectacular. There are many, many activities to do on the property. This would be the perfect place if you wanted to escape the busy world for a few days to just relax. It is a very secluded property.For us, going out and exploring towns and the highlands every day, it was perhaps not the best choice for a base of operations. But that's not their fault.The staff was gracious and kind and very accommodating.

Posting this on behalf of my mother and father in law. |The food was exceptional, the room (spa suite) was comfortable, cosy and wanting for nothing. The staff went above and beyond for everything. The entire hotel was a genuine 5star experience. We can’t wait to go back.

Please stay here! One of the best hotels I’ve ever staying in. The staff was wonderful and the hotel is more of a manor. The only meal we had was breakfast but it was delicious 🤤. And the bar in the evening had many options and the bartender was knowledgeable. The grounds are something off a movie and just gorgeous! Wish we could have stayed there a week!
